Under the bill (Reg. No.8795), the
centralized storage for PWR nuclear fuel of national nuclear power plants is a
part of integral complex of nuclear waste treatment of State Specialized
Enterprise "Chornobyl NPP" (SSE ChNPP).
The bill contains a norm, whereby nuclear waste of pressurized water reactor-440 and pressurized water reactor-1000 of national nuclear power plants shall be kept in the centralized storage.
The bill reads that the building owner of centralized storage directs funds at the rate of 10% of the total contract price of construction of objects of specialized purpose in Slavutych city, Ivanivske and Poliskyi districts of Kyiv region according to the register adopted by Kyiv Regional State Administration, The funds are recorded in the contract price of centralized storage. Transfer is made proportional to the assimilated capital investments according to the bookkeeping operations without recording of the value-added tax.
